CBECC-RES 2025
Starting with version 2025.2.0, CBECC will support single-family residential compliance and there will no longer be a separate CBECC-Res version for single-family residential compliance. Please see the NORESCO BEES 2025 compliance software webpage for more details and to download CBECC.

CBECC-Res 2025.1.0 was approved June 11, 2025 by the California Energy Commission for demonstrating performance with the single-family residential provisions of the 2025 Energy Code for permit applications filed before January 6, 2026.
